Chef Jeremy C. Bowen Sr. is the Executive Chef and Founder of Savor & Soul Hospitality, a Chicago-based luxury culinary and hospitality company dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences. With more than 20 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, luxury hotels, and large-scale event operations, Chef Jeremy has built a career defined by culinary excellence, operational leadership, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.
Throughout his career, Chef Jeremy has led kitchen operations for events ranging from intimate private dinners to large-scale functions well over 2,500 guests. His experience extends beyond the kitchen, encompassing team leadership, menu development, operational planning, food safety, and the seamless execution of complex events. Known for remaining calm under pressure, he has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional quality while ensuring every guest receives an elevated and memorable experience.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Jeremy combines classical culinary techniques with a modern, soulful approach to cuisine. His menus celebrate bold flavors, premium ingredients, and thoughtful presentation, bringing together the warmth of comfort food with the refinement of luxury dining. Every dish is intentionally crafted to create lasting memories around the table.
