The Executive Chef and Owner of Savor & Soul Hospitality, is a Chicago-based culinary leader and hospitality entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, luxury hotels, and large-scale event operations. His career reflects a commitment to excellence, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Chef Jeremy has built a strong foundation in culinary technique, food safety, and kitchen management. He has held leadership roles overseeing operations for events ranging from intimate gatherings to over 2,500 guests. Throughout his career, he has trained and mentored staff, implemented operational systems, and ensured flawless execution under pressure, combining his culinary skill with operational expertise.
Chef Jeremy’s culinary style is both refined and soulful, balancing technical precision with creativity. He is known for crafting dishes that bridge comfort and sophistication, where every plate is intentional, balanced, and memorable.
