The Executive Chef and Owner of Savor & Soul Hospitality, Chef Jeremy, is a Chicago-based culinary leader and hospitality entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, luxury hotels, and large-scale event operations. His career reflects a commitment to excellence, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences, particularly through his exceptional catering services.
Chef Jeremy has built a strong foundation in culinary technique, food safety, and kitchen management. He has held leadership roles overseeing operations for events ranging from intimate private dining experiences to gatherings of over 2,500 guests. Throughout his career, he has trained and mentored staff, implemented operational systems, and ensured flawless execution under pressure, combining his culinary skill with operational expertise.
